Processing Times
Ready-to-ship / in-stock items usually ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom Spell Commissions take longer; timelines are confirmed before the Commission Contract is signed.
During holidays, promotions, or shop events, processing times may extend by 3–5 business days. We’ll post any known extensions here.
Rates & Carriers
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS (domestic), and recognized postal/parcel partners for international orders.
- Domestic: Economy, Standard, and Expedited options when available.
- International: Services vary by destination and carrier availability.
Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking email when your parcel ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a correction is needed, send an email to thefrizzknits@gmail.com ASAP.
After a label is printed, changes may not be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be reshipped; additional postage fees may apply.
Delays, Weather & Holidays
Carrier delays (weather, customs, peak season, etc.) are outside our control. We’ll do our best to support you and share any known service notices.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, Summon Us within 7 days of marked delivery (or within 14 days of the last scan for “stuck” shipments). We’ll help file a claim and review next steps.
International Shipping & Duties
International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, and fees set by your country. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Customs processing can affect delivery times.
Order Dispatch Schedule
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Weekend and Holiday orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
If there are any delays that extend outside our normal processing times, we'll notify you via email.
